An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK’s largest independent motorcycle retail groups and take responsibility for the continued growth and development of Bikers Nottingham.

Opened in March 2025, Bikers Nottingham has quickly established itself as a successful multi-brand motorcycle dealership. The site represents 13 brands across sales and service, alongside a large and constantly changing selection of used motorcycles, clothing, parts and accessories. With strong foundations already in place, the future growth potential of the business is significant.

We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded and hands-on Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the dealership and help develop the business to its full potential.

This is a varied management role requiring strong leadership, commercial awareness and the ability to work across all areas of the dealership. The successful candidate will take ownership of branch performance while working closely with the General Manager, Service Manager and wider Moto GB team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring sales performance, margins, targets and overall branch profitability.
  • Ensuring motorcycles are advertised accurately and effectively across online platforms and dealer systems.
  • Developing and managing local marketing activity, including social media, events, promotional campaigns and manufacturer initiatives.
  • Managing an agreed marketing and events budget and identifying opportunities to increase local brand awareness and footfall.
  • Supporting the growth and development of all represented motorcycle brands.
  • Working alongside the Service Manager to support aftersales workflow, customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency.
  • Promoting service, clothing, parts and accessories to maximise customer retention and additional revenue opportunities.
  • Overseeing showroom standards, merchandising, vehicle presentation and the overall customer experience.
  • Supporting staff training, development and performance management.
  • Ensuring company processes, FCA requirements, health and safety procedures and manufacturer standards are followed.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries, complaints and more complex issues where management involvement is required.
  • Building strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers and other departments within the Moto GB group.
  • Identifying commercial opportunities and implementing ideas that improve sales, efficiency, customer retention and profitability.
  • Taking an active, hands-on approach to the running of the branch and supporting the team wherever required.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in dealership, retail, automotive or motorcycle management.
  • Strong sales and commercial experience.
  • Proven leadership and people-management skills.
  • Good understanding of stock control, margins and retail profitability.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several areas of the business at once.
  • Confidence using digital advertising, social media and online retail platforms.
  • A customer-focused approach and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
  • A genuine interest in motorcycles and enthusiasm for building the Bikers brand.
  • The ability to work independently, make decisions and take ownership of branch performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants genuine responsibility and the chance to lead and grow an established motorcycle dealership with considerable future potential.
